Jarrod Lyle at the Nationwide Tour 2008 Mexico Open

Jarrod Lyle put together an impressive Sunday round which consisted of no bogeys, six birdies and an eagle to win the Nationwide Tours’ 2008 Mexico Open by 5 strokes.

Lyles’ brilliant 63 was the lowest round of the week. The victory is the first this year for Lyle, and nets him a handy US$112,500, putting him on top of the Money List.

The Nationwide Tour will take a one-week break before heading to New Zealand and Australia for a pair of tournaments starting Feb. 14.

Leish is “The Man”

Marc Leishman overcame a bumbling Kurt Barnes to take out the 2008 nab Victorian PGA Championship, his fourth Von Nida Tour title.
