Looking for a Lost Golf Ball

If your ball is lost in heavy rough and you are driving around in a cart looking for it – have someone else do the driving.

If you are driving and run over the ball it is a 2 shot penalty. However if someone else in your group accidentally moves the ball there is no penalty, you just have to put it back in the position you think it was in before it was run over – Rule 18.
